Todd surprised me with Beginning Ballroom lessons for our anniversary last month. I've gotta be honest, I was thinking there couldn't be a worse time to schedule another weekly event that we have to pay a sitter for....but our first night was so much fun!! There were about 35 couples, so it was a big crowd (big enough to hide in!), and we certainly weren't the worst couple there!
And speaking of dancing.......
Our homestudy visits are done!!! Our sweet social worker was here yesterday to check the smoke detectors, tour the house, talk to the girls about the adoption, and do interviews with Todd and I. We'll mail a couple more forms in to her this week, and she'll crank out a final product! THEN we can get started applying for adoption grants!! It's so nice to be making progress!

You guys should get a dance together and show it off at the wedding.. Sounds like a fun time though for sure. Have fun!!!

Yeah for hubby! What an incredible man you have. I have to admit, I'm a little envious that you get to learn all that fun stuff;) Yeah for you movement on your home study too! Feels sooo good to get moving again doesn't it?! Congrats!
That's awesome about the dance class! You'll have to let me know where you are going and how it's going - L and I have been talking about doing this for awhile now and need to take the leap.
