I got to work at the Health Department today, and we were told we needed to park in another area, because we would be hosting a Drive-Thru Colon Cancer Screening in the parking lot.
Um....does anyone know what they normally do at a colon cancer screening?
In the parking lot.
And when I stepped outside to move my car, there was a woman dressed up like a giant polyp, holding a sign and waving people in.
what a strange day.
**I was relieved to learn that they simply distributed home-screening kits to people...there was no screening of actual colons in the parking lot today.
