Introducing....Mastewal Magruder!!

We got the email this afternoon announcing that we had passed court, meaning that in Ethiopia, she's legally a Magruder!! The jury's still out on a name...All children come home using the adoptive father's first name, so on her passport it will say Mastewal Shannon Magruder, and we'll still have several months before we have to decide for sure on things like names and birthdates. Our tentative Embassy appointment in Ethiopia will be on February 5th, so we'll be leaving Feb. 1st and be returning Feb. 10th.

Thanks so much for all of your encouragement and your prayers....we've also been overwhelmed by how God has used financial gifts from friends, family, and total strangers to bring our daughter home to her Forever Family!

We also had a grant through Lifesong.

Our agency wouldn't allow us to fund raise or post pictures on our blog until our son, Abel is home. They said the Et. government frownd on that, but I see LOTS of people that do it. Either way, they have been great.

Congratulations!

Your blog is so pretty!
