Who's side are you on?
Jeff,
I think your question is faulty. (and since I know you, go ahead and play this little game with you :) This isn't about being on any side. It's about chicken. and business. and living out your fatih. and wanting the best for all people. oh, and did I say chicken?
I'm just struck by how ridiculous it is that people are throwing labels around willy nilly. Because I give money to help orphans and adoptions, does not mean I'm anti-natural families or a birthaphob, does it? Then why does the fact that Mr. Cathy supports organizations that help strengthen marriages have to mean that he's ANTI-gay?
And, just to bring in the Jesus-Juke....if I'm gonna be on any side, I wanna be on the Lord's side!!
I want to be on the side of Love,
I want to be on the side of Mercy and Grace,
I want to be on the side of Generosity,
I want to be on the side of Family and Community,
I want to be on the side of Integrity and being the same person at home and at work and at church,
....and I want to be on the side of yummy chicken sandwiches.
