Love

Before we hunted for candy-filled Easter eggs, we explained what Easter is all about.  We were separated from God because of our junk....How, no matter how hard we try, none of us is perfect....how the only perfect person who ever lived was named Jesus (even Mohammed wasn't perfect) and he loved the world so much that he decided he would take the punishment we deserved so we could be friends with God again.

I wasn't sure how interested the kids were in the story until we got to this part. A quiet voiced asked, "He did that even for Muslims?"
