Babywearing contest
Those of you with small children might be interested in the contest at Adventures in Babywearing. We're not planning on adopting an infant, but I'm intrigued by these things. One of the things we talk alot about in my job as a lactation specialist is the importance of "skin-to-skin contact" for bonding and attachment. Adopting an older child will make it even more important to find ways to get close....I wonder how big your child can be before it breaks your back?!
