Why would you ever need to use a toilet auger?

Maybe if, when you were changing the toilet paper roll, you placed the rod/pin on the back of the toilet and then flushed it, watching helplessly as the rod fell in, and inadvertently got stuck somewhere in the depths of the toilet...

Pray this works and we don't have to have a plumber come...
