Shana's brother was taken to the hospital on Friday because his body had become paralyzed. It's gotten so serious that he's on a respirator and can only communicate with his family with his eyes. Doctors have diagnosed him with guillian-barre syndrome...it's temporary, but frightening at the moment. Please pray for this young man and his wife, and their 2 young sons.
Also, please pray for Shana, who is scheduled to leave for Kenya next week....

I'll be keeping your friend in my thoughts. I can't imagine how frightening that must be...especially with her leaving soon.
