I've been reading about this Hula-Hooping trend for awhile now......My friend Elyse does it, and so does Apryl. It's a little intimidating.....there are different types of hoops, sizes, materials, and colors. When you start looking at Hoops on the internet, it's easy to get overhwhelmed with the selection and variation.
